TIRANA (Albania), October 24 (SeeNews) – Albania's state-owned power transmission system operator OST recorded a net profit of 661.9 million leks ($6.04 million/5.3 million euro) in the first nine month of 2018, down from 999.7 million leks in the like period of 2017, it said.
