October 26 (SeeNews) - Albania’s Central Election Commission (KQZ) rejected on Friday a request by the citizens of the Ionian town of Vlore for a national referendum to be held on a controversial energy project that locals say will hinder the development of the town as a major tourist destination, a KQZ official said.
