TIRANA (Albania), March 12 (SeeNews) – Canadian-based oil and gas company Petromanas Energy said the Albanian National Agency of Natural Resources (AKBN) has communicated its intention to request payment in the amount of $5.4 million (3.9 million euro) against Petromanas’ $6.0 million performance guarantee outlined in the production sharing contract for Blocks D-E.
