May 18 (SeeNews) - Flag carrier Air Montenegro will launch seasonal flights connecting Bosnia and Herzegovina's Sarajevo airport to Montenegro's Podgorica and Albania's Tirana, the airport in Sarajevo said on Thursday.
The new flights will be operated every Monday from June 19 to September 18, the airport in Sarajevo said in a press release.
Passenger numbers at the Sarajevo International Airport surged to 1.38 million in 2022, compared with 767,134 passengers served a year earlier.
Bosnia and Herzegovina has three other international airports, located in Banja Luka, Tuzla and Mostar.
