January 12 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian fertiliser producer Neochim [BUL:NEOH] said on Wednesday that Liechtenstein-based Agrofer International Establishment has decreased its shareholding interest in the company to 2.56% from 7.68%.
Meanwhile, individual Daniel Rumenov Gargov acquired a 5.12% stake in Neochim, the fertiliser producer said in a bourse filing.

Neochim's capital amounts to 2.65 million levs ($1.54 million/1.36 million euro), divided into the same number of shares, commercial register data showed.
As at 13:05 CET on Wednesday, shares in Neochim traded flat at a price of 23.20 levs on the Sofia bourse.
