March 29 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microcredit institution MKD Credis said it raised 2 million marka ($1.1 million/1 million euro) from the sale of a new issue of three-year notes.
The company sold 2,000 notes at a price of 1,000 marka each, equal to their par value, it said in a filing with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange on Thursday.
The notes will bear annual interest of 6%, MKD Credis said in an earlier filing.
