April 4 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microcredit institution MKD Privrednik invited investors on Thursday to subscribe for its new issue of three-year notes planned in the amount of 2 million marka ($1.1 million/1 million euro).
The company is offering to investors 20,000 notes of 100 marka in par value each, bearing annual interest of 7%, it said in a bourse filing.
The offering will be available for subscription for 20 days starting April 11. The note issuance will be considered successful if at least 60% of the offering is subscribed.
