April 3 (SeeNews) - Bosnian microcredit institution MKD Credo Centar said on Wednesday it issued 569,740 marka ($313,700/291,303 euro) worth of three-year notes, below its 800,000 marka target.
The company issued 56,974 securities, each with a par value of 10 marka, or 71.2% of the offered amount, it said in a bourse filing.
The debt paper bears annual interest of 5%, according to an earlier filing.
