Zagreb bourse to delist Varteks

June 4 (SeeNews) - The Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) said on Tuesday it will delist the shares of luxury clothing producer Varteks [ZSE:VART], following the decision by the company's shareholders last month.

Shares in Varteks will stop trading on the ZSE as of Tuesday, the bourse said in a filing.

Varteks’ shares were the biggest daily decliner on the bourse on Tuesday morning, when they traded 8.33% lower at 0.11 euro ($0.12).
