June 3 (SeeNews) - The Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) [ZSE:ZB] said it holds 277 shares equal to a 9.92% stake in its counterpart in North Macedonia, the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE), after it acquired on Friday a further 80 ordinary shares, representing 2.86% of its equity capital.
The transaction was financed with own funds, the Zagreb bourse said in a statement. It did not name the seller and the value of the deal.
Before the transaction, the Zagreb bourse held 197 shares, or 7.06% of the capital of MSE.
The Zagreb bourse acquired the Slovenia's Ljubljana Stock Exchange in 2015.
ZSE's shares shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on May 26, ending 9.40% lower at 10.60 kuna ($1.5/1.4 euro).
