February 14 (SeeNews) - The Zagreb stock exchange [ZSE:ZB] said that on Tuesday it acquired 40 shares in the country's central depository and clearing agency, SKDD, in an over-the-counter transaction.
With this transaction, the exchange increased its ownership share in it to 1,259 shares or 1.2653% of its capital, the bourse said in a filing. It did not disclose any further details of the deal.
Before the acquisition, the exchange held 1,219 shares or 1.23% of its share capital.
The ZSE shares
last traded on Monday, when they ended 7.69% lower at 4.08 euro ($4.4) as 1,250 shares changed hands.
The shares of SKDD are not listed on the Zagreb bourse.
