March 10 (SeeNews) - The average annual yield on a 35 million lev ($27.5 million/17.9 million euro) issue of 10-year fixed-rate Treasury notes fell to 4.78% on Monday from 5.17% in the previous auction held in January and below dealers’ expectations, the central bank said.
