SOFIA (Bulgaria), January 21 (SeeNews) – Expected losses of the state-owned operator of the water supply and sewerage (WSS) networks of the Bulgarian city of Plovdiv, ViK, will widen to 5.5 million levs ($3.3 million/2.8 million euro) in 2015 from 1.5 million levs a year earlier, the country's water regulator said on Wednesday.
