ZAGREB (Croatia), July 17 (SeeNews)- The World Bank and the Croatian Health Ministry successfully concluded negotiations on an 18 million euro ($29 million) loan for the Development of Emergency Medical Services and Investment Planning Project (DEMSIPP), the bank said on Thursday. "The objective of the project is to equip the medical emergency personnel with tools to respond much faster to emergency calls from people in danger, ultimately saving more lives," the World Bank said in a statement.
