The proprietary monitoring and data analytics platform created by the Bulgarian company will strengthen valantic's Salesforce-based cloud portfolio with customer experience (CX)-based e-commerce solutions for global blue chip retailers, in a new competence centre, the buyer said in a press release on Tuesday.

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2019, Sofia-based Aiopsgroup designs, develops and optimises business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) online shopping technology based on Salesforce. Its clients include PUMA, Rossignol, Fenix Outdoor as well as fashion brands MCM Worldwide and Acne Studios. Aiopsgroup has other offices in Belgrade and Amsterdam as well as in Padua, Italy; Phoenix, Arizona in the U.S., and Pune in India, with over 150 staff in total.

"Together, AIOPSGROUP and valantic create a true Salesforce multi-cloud offering and grow our CX division to more than 1,000 highly qualified consultants and developers. AIOPSGROUP’s home market, Bulgaria, is also a valuable talent hub for valantic consultants and developers, supporting further scalability of valantic," said Uwe Tueben, valantic partner and managing director of its CX division.

Aiopsgroup's proprietary tool, using Splunk data analytics, helps monitor in real-time over 200 key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, payment, and order transactions, as well as data exchanges with product information and order management systems. The company provides full services, from e-commerce strategy consulting and architecture design through development and implementation of e-commerce systems to platform migrations and round-the-clock support.

Munich-headquartered Valantic has more than 500 large corporate clients, including 32 of the 40 listed German blue-chips.
