BUCHAREST (Romania), April 28 (SeeNews) - Romanian prime minister Victor Ponta said on Friday the government will raise the 2014 budget of the defence ministry by some 700 million lei ($218 million/157 million euro), or 0.2% of gross domestic product (GDP), in order to upgrade the country's military capabilities on the backdrop of continuing tensions in neighboring Ukraine.
