July 28 (SeeNews) - Croatia's biggest telecoms operator, Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A], said on Thursday its first-half consolidated net profit after minority interests increased 2.7% on the year to 417 million kuna ($61.9 million/55.7 million euro) on the back of lower amortisation costs and non-recurring items and higher EBITDA, partly offset by lower financial income and higher costs and taxes.
