October 24 (SeeNews) - Slovenian development company Imos and construction company GraditeljKamnik plan to launch the construction of a 290 million euro ($412 million) city centre in Slovenia's capital Ljubljana in 2009, the project manager said.The investment will be provided by the two companies and through credits, Nina Kozamelj told SeeNews late on Tuesday on the sidelines of the Investment Conference organised by local daily The Slovenia Times.Construction is due to be completed in 2016. The centre, called Tobacnacity, will feature residential, business, service and public areas.Ljubljana has a population of some 300,000 people.
