ISTANBUL (Turkey), April 29 (SeeNews) – Turkey's tourism revenues, excluding income from domestic visitors, increased by 3.4% year-on-year to $4.8 billion (3.5 billion euro) in the first quarter of 2014, the Turkish Statistical Institute said Tuesday.
Income from foreign visitors accounted for 76.2% of the total revenue while the remaining 23.8% came from Turkish citizens resident abroad, the institute said in a statement.
