Telematic Interactive Bulgaria to pay 0.46 euro/share 2023 dividend

The company will pay out 11.66 million levs in total out of its net profit of 21.1 million levs reported for last year, while the remaining earnings will be retained, Telematic Interactive said in a bourse filing on Monday.

The dividend will be disbursed as a lump sum starting July 2.

In March, Telematic said its shareholders approved the distribution of a gross dividend of 0.39 levs per share from the company's undistributed profit after paying out a one-time gross dividend of 0.40 levs per share in January.

As of 1120 CEST on Tuesday, shares in Telematic Interactive traded 0.64% higher at 15.70 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
