Telematic Interactive bought back 118 shares priced at 15.80 levs ($8.74/8.08 euro) each on May 30 and 144 shares at 15.70 levs apiece on May 31, the company said in a bourse filing.
The number of own shares held by Telematic Interactive as of May 31 amounted to 2,599, representing 0.0201% of voting rights.
The betting operator launched the share repurchase programme in March, targeting up to 3% of its equity capital per year and up to 7.41% in total. The company seeks to repurchase up to 388,800 shares on the regulated market by the end of this year and up to 960,018 shares in total until the end of 2026.
As of 1600 CEST on Friday, shares in Telematic Interactive Bulgaria traded flat at 15.60 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
