March 18 (SeeNews) - Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] said it has added an option for the sale of its 100% shareholding interest in local subsidiary Planet TV to the ongoing search for a strategic partner who would increase Planet TV's capital.
A procedure for increasing to Planet TV's share capital with the help of a strategic partner was launched in January, Telekom Slovenije said in a statement on Tuesday.

The telco now will amend the conditions of the procedure to include the sale of its 100% stake in Planet TV, the company said without providing further details.
In December, Telekom Slovenije said it became sole owner of broadcaster Antenna TV SL, after acquiring the 34% stake held by Antenna Slovenia B.V. Back then, Telekom Slovenije also renamed Antenna TV SL to Planet TV.
Telekom Slovenije shares closed 2.51% higher at 45 euro ($50) on Tuesday. They did not trade at opening on Wednesday.
