SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 7 (SeeNews) - U.S.-headquartered business process outsourcing (BPO) company Sutherland Global Services will open an office in Bulgaria's Plovdiv, creating 300 new jobs in the city, Sutherland Bulgaria said on Monday.
The new employees will work for one of the biggest online stores in the world which has been partnering with Sutherland for the past 15 years globally and for more than 5 years in Bulgaria, Sutherland Bulgaria said in a statement without naming the store.
The company aims to hire 100 employees by the end of 2019 and to increase its headcount in Bulgaria's second-largest city to 300 by the end of 2020, the Plovdiv municipality quoted the CEO of Sutherland Bulgaria, Dimitar Galabov, as saying in a statement on Monday.
Sutherland Global Services employs over 2800 people in Bulgaria - in its offices in Sofia, Varna and Burgas.
