July 14 (SeeNews) - Croatian beverages producer Maraska [ZSE:MRSK] said fruit juice producer Stanic Beverages has completed a deal to acquire 98.25% in Maraska from detergent and cosmetics producer Saponia [ZSE:SAPN] and local wafers and biscuits maker Koestlin [ZSE:KOES].
The sales price for the 1,402,427 shares in Maraska was paid on July 12, which created the conditions to close the transaction, according to a statement by Stanic Beverages to the Croatian financial regulator, forwarded to the Zagreb bourse by Maraska late on Wednesday.

Stanic Beverages, Saponia and Koestlin signed the sales and purchase agreement in September last year. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Maraska's shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on December 23, ending 3.97% higher at 65.50 kuna ($8.75/8.72 euro).
Saponia's shares last traded on July 13, ending flat at 890 kuna. Koestlin's shares last traded on June 30, ending unchanged at 540 kuna.
