September 12 (SeeNews) - The southwestern Romanian county of Olt has selected a consortium made up of Spanish construction and services company Viales y Obras Publicas and local firm Aqua Proiect to design and build a landfill, a sorting station and a waste treatment plant under a contract worth 35.1 million lei ($10.4 million/7.8 million euro), excluding value added tax, a public procurement notice showed on Thursday.
