SOFIA (Bulgaria), February 17 (SeeNews) – Bulgaria’s Supreme Court of Cassation said it has confirmed a ruling of the International Court of Arbitration (ICA) at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Tribunal in Paris ordering Sofia Airport to pay a total of $37.8 million (35.5 million euro) to MAK/ADMAK, part of Kuwait’s MAK Group, in claims under a contract for the construction of a runway, arbitration costs and guarantees.
