Slovenia's Triglav plans gross dividend of 1.75 euro/share for 2023

April 26 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's biggest insurer, Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG], plans to distribute a gross dividend of 1.75 euro ($1.88) per share for 2023, it said on Friday.

The company is proposing a dividend payout of 39.8 million euro of its 87.9 million euro of its accumulated profit, it said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.

The distribution of the remaining accumulated profit of 48.1 million euro shall be decided on in the coming years and remain undistributed, Zavarovalnica Triglav said.

Zavarovalnica Triglav paid a gross dividend of 2.50 euro per share for 2022.

Triglav Group, the biggest unit of Zavarovalnica Triglav, turned to a net profit of 16.3 million euro in 2023 from a 7.0 million euro loss recorded in the previous year
