LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), December 3 (SeeNews) – Slovenian lender Probanka [LJE:PRBP] submitted to the registry an agreement to acquire its own unit Probanka Leasing, it said in a bourse filing on Wednesday. Since Probanka is a 100% owner of the acquired company no approval by a general meeting will be required, unless holders with a joint share of 5% request so in a month from now, the bank added.
