NLB will pay a total of 110 million euro ($118 million) as dividends on June 26, and intends to pay a second tranche of dividends in the same amount later this year, which would make the total dividend payment in 2024 amount to 220 million euro, NLB said in a filing on Tuesday.

The shareholders of NLB also reappointed Primoz Karpet as a supervisory board member, and appointed two new members - Natalia Olegovna Ansell and Luka Vesnaver. All three were appointed for a four-year term.

In 2023, NLB recorded a consolidated after-tax profit of 550.7 million euro, up 23%.
