LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), October 31 (SeeNews) – Slovenia turned to a budget surplus of 350 million euro ($398 million) in the first nine months of 2018, from a budget deficit of 62.6 million euro in the same period a year earlier, the finance ministry said.
