LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), October 30 (SeeNews) â Slovenia recorded a budget surplus of 139 million euro ($154 million) for the nine-month period to the end of September, compared to a surplus of 350 million euro in the like period last year, the finance ministry said on Wednesday.
