LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), October 19 (SeeNews) – Slovenian management company Impol 2000, which controls Slovenska Bistrica-based aluminium producer Impol, has successfully completed the issue of 50 million euro ($56.7 million) in five-year bonds, the company in charge of the transaction, Alta Invest, said on Monday. The company will use the fresh funds for the refinancing of existing obligations, maturities extension and for new investments, Alta Invest said in a statement.
