LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), September 30 (SeeNews) – Slovenia's general government budget showed a surplus of 52 million euro ($58.1 million), equivalent to 0.5% of GDP, in the second quarter of this year, for the first time since 2008, the country's statistics agency said on Friday.
