December 9 (SeeNews) - Czech Sporten and US investor Boba Ing have not improved their binding offers for Slovenian ski maker Elan by Monday's deadline but asked for additional due delligence studies, while Elan is running out of time to find an investor, local media reported on Tuesday. Elan's owners are likely to extend the deadline until the end of the week, hoping to get improved offers, daily Dnevnik reported. According to unofficial information, the sale has to be concluded by the end of this year, otherwise the state could hardly delay the bankruptcy proceedings.
