April 6 (SeeNews) - Slovenian reinsurer Sava Re d.d. [LJE:POSR] said on Thursday it plans to pay a gross dividend of 0.80 euro ($0.85) per share for 2016, up 23% on the regular dividend in the previous year.
The company plans to distribute a total of 12.4 million euro as dividend, or 37.7% of its consolidated net profit, Sava Re said in a filing with the Ljubljana bourse.
Sava Re share price rose 0.26% to 15.710 euro as at 15:04 CET on Thursday on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
Sava Re is the Ljubljana-listed subsidiary of the Sava Re Group which operates in Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia.
