LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), December 11 (SeeNews) – Slovenian Bank Assets Management Company, or DUTB, announced a call for binding bids on Thursday for the purchase of its claims towards wine maker Agroind Vipava at the initial price of 1.9 million euro ($2.35 million), it said in an announcement on its web page. DUTB is selling all the Agroind Vipava receivables it took over from banks, estimated at 5.2 million euro as of September 30, 2014. The deadline for submitting offers is January 15. Due diligence is expected to be carried out between December 15 and December 23, 2014.
