July 7 (SeeNews) - Slovenia’s parliament approved a proposal by socialist party Levica (The Left), part of the coalition government, to hold a non-binding referendum on the government’s plans to gradually increase defence spending to 3% of its gross domestic product (GDP) by 2030, the legislature said.
