LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), November 15 (SeeNews) – Slovenia turned to a budget surplus of 14.88 million euro ($17.62 million) in the first 10 months of 2017, compared to a shortfall of 533.05 million euro in the prior-year period, finance ministry data showed on Wednesday.
