LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), March 27 (SeeNews) – Slovenian state-owned bank NKBM has been sold to US investment fund Apollo for about 200 million euro ($219 million), local media reported on Friday. Slovenian state investment firm SDH, which is coordinating the sale of the state-owned bank, concluded negotiations with Apollo on Thursday evening, daily Delo said, quoting unofficial sources close to the Maribor-based bank.
