September 1 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's finance ministry has launched a tender offer for its outstanding notes maturing in March 2022 and in March 2023, it said.The outstanding amount on the March 2022 notes bearing a 2.25% coupon totals some 1.25 billion euro ($1.47 billion), and the one on the March 2023 notes with a 0.2% coupon totals 2.23 billion euro, the finance ministry said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.The maximum purchase yield for both securities is set at minus 0.70%, as the exact value will be determined pursuant to a modified Dutch auction procedure, the finance ministry said.Offers should be submitted by 14:00 CET on September 7, as the tender results will be announced on September 8. The settlement date will be September 15.($ = 0.84752 euro)
