BELGRADE (Serbia), July 2 (SeeNews) – The government of Serbia’s Vojvodina province will raise the capital of local blue chip Metals Banka by subscribing for 636,000 shares from a new issue at 5,500 dinars ($83/59 euro) per share, thus becoming owner of a 62% stake, the bank said on Thursday.
