NBB Nekretnine is offering to pay 400 dinars ($3.7/3.4 euro) per each of the targeted 36,566 own shares, it said in a filing with the Belgrade bourse on Friday.

The offer is open until April 5.

In October, NBB Nekretnine cancelled 34,337 of its own shares representing a stake of 8.58%, thus cutting its equity capital to 365.668 million dinars divided into 365,668 shares of 1,000 dinars in par value each.

Belgrade-based firm Gigavit DOO owns some 86% of NBB Nekretnine, followed by Delta Holding's unit Delta Real Estate, with 0.09%, while the remainder belongs to other minority shareholders, data from Serbia's central clearing and depository house showed on March 11.
