Serbia's Link Care plans buyout bid for orthopaedic device maker Rudo

July 10 (SeeNews) - Serbian management and consultancy firm Link Care said it plans to launch a buyout bid for the remaining 10.05% of local orthopaedic devices manufacturer Rudo [BEL:RUDO] it does not already own.

The buyout bid for Rudo will be launched within 15 days, Link Care said in a filing with the Belgrade bourse on Tuesday, without providing further details.

In a separate statement with the Belgrade bourse earlier on Tuesday, Link Care said it has raised its stake in Rudo to 89.95% from 71.18% after buying 121,892 Rudo shares. The name of the seller was not revealed.

Rudo's shares jumped 16.33% to close at 349 dinars ($3.23/ 3 euros) on the Belgrade bourse on Tuesday.
