Serbia's Jedinstvo to pay 5.5 euro/share dividend for 2023

July 1 (SeeNews) - Serbian blue-chip construction company Jedinstvo [BEL:JESV] said it will pay out a gross dividend of 647.06 dinars ($5.9/5.5 euro) per share out of its 2023 profit, which is higher than the payout of 411.76 dinars per share it distributed to shareholders last year.

The total amount to be distributed to the shareholders by the end of 2024 is 150.3 million dinars, Jedinstvo said in a bourse filing on Friday.

The dividend will be paid out of last year's 269.6 million dinars net profit, which was higher than the 238.7 million dinars net profit reported for 2022.

The remainder of last year's earnings will be retained.

The company shares last traded on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Friday, closing 2.79% higher at 7,450 dinars. They did not trade by 10:00 CET on Monday.
