August 31 (SeeNews) - Serbia's foreign trade deficit went up 16.1% on the year to $4.354 billion (3.687 billion euro) in the first seven months of 2021, the country's statistical office said on Tuesday.The country's exports grew by 38.9% to $14.333 billion in January-July, while imports went up by 32.8% to $18.686 billion, the office said in a statement.The export-import ratio rose to 76.7% from 73.3% in the first seven months of 2020.In July alone, Serbia's exports went up 29.5% on the year to $2.921 billion and imports rose 30.1% to $2.921 billion, resulting in a $728.2 million deficit.($ = 0.84752 euro)
