This strategic move is the first step towards Ingsoftware delivering on its mission to consolidate the tech scene in the southern city of Nis and to turn the company into a regional leader, Ingsoftware said in a press release on Thursday.

“Neopix was our first choice ever since we started thinking about acquisitions, due to our compatibility and similarities between our company cultures and values. This will be especially important once we start the integration process," said Ingsoftware CEO, Nenad Ilijic.

Founded in 2009, Ingsoftware delivers end-to-end software development services for startups, enterprises and MSMEs. It employs 130 software engineers, designers, managers and advisers. Its clients include Spar, Porsche Informatik, Palfinger, and Eurodata.
