June 30 (SeeNews) - Serbia's industrial production rose by 4.4% on the year in May, driven by higher manufacturing output, the statistical office said on Monday. In May, the overall industrial output stayed at the same level in monthly terms and was 0.3% lower when compared to last year's average, the statistical office said in a data release. In annual terms, the manufacturing sector output rose by 7% in May, mining production declined by 4.4%, while the output of the utilities sector was down 5.7%.
