Serbia's Delta Real Estate launches buyout bid for Bosnia's Standard Nekretnine

July 10 (SeeNews) - Serbia’s Delta Real Estate said it launched an offer to buy all the shares it does not already own in Bosnia and Herzegovina's peer Standard Nekretnine [SAJ:SNKSR].

Delta Real Estate is offering 21.4 marka ($11.8/10.9 euro) per each Standard Nekretnine share in the buyout bid, it said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.

Delta Real Estate currently owns 806,148 shares, representing a 95.03% stake, in Standard Nekretnine, so its buyout offer will target the remaining 42,126 shares in the Bosnian company.

Standard Nekretnine's share capital amounts to 18.2 million marka, divided into 848,274 shares of 21.4 marka in par value each.

The offer is valid for 28 days from the announcement.

Standard Nekretnine's shares last traded on the Sarajevo bourse on March 20, when they closed 14.29% higher at 2.40 marka.
