It did not disclose the value of the acquisition.
Established in Belgrade in 2008, HTEC is now headquartered in San Francisco, providing an end-to-end digital product development and engineering services from 23 development centres primarily located across Southeast Europe. It also has creative and consulting offices in Silicon Valley, London, New York, Minneapolis, Amsterdam, Stockholm, and Gothenburg.
SYRMIA was founded in 2018 and today has three development centres in Serbia and one in neighbouring Bosnia and Herzegovina. It provides cutting-edge solutions in embedded software, ranging from low-level system libraries, tools and compilers, emulators, machine learning frameworks, and graphics processing unit (GPU) software, to software blocks used in the automotive and consumer markets.
