ZAGREB (Croatia), August 4 (SeeNews) – The self governing body of the Serbian community in Croatia plans to set up a development bank that would provide loans to ethnic Serbs in the country at favourable terms, Croatian media reported over the weekend. The Serbian National Council, a political, consulting and coordinating body on Serbian human, civil and national rights and the integration of Serbs in the Croatian society, plans to apply with the Croatian Central Bank for a bank licence by the autumn, daily Vecernji List reported on Saturday, quoting the council's leader Milorad Pupovac.
